I was in Minneapolis at the Metrodome this weekend shooting AMA Supercross.
The track before timed practice. The venue? The Metrodome, home of Minnesota’s Twins, and Vikings. Looks a little different this week. By the time racing started, there was a near capacity crowd on hand.
Rockstar Makita Suzuki’s Ryan Dungey, a native of Minnesota, placed 2nd on the night. This would be his best finish yet.

Young Josh Hill came out victorious in the 450 class. This would be Josh’s first win of his career.
Josh Grant (20, Honda) and Ryan Villopoto (2, Kawasaki) would put on one of the best races this season in the 250 class. Villopoto passed Grant on the last lap, and took the win.
